We’ve mentioned that one of the fruits of working in The Forest is that you’ll see lots of experiments. Folks will try lots of ideas (carefully, in reversible ways) & discard them because:
They didn’t work, in the sense of not having the desired outcome (change in user behavior) or impact (profit)
They worked, but the externalities were too large1
